Do you have a retail location?
No, we only have a warehouse and it is strictly for shipping. We do not allow
customers to come to the warehouse to buy in person.

Shipping Policies
All our orders are packed and send in a
discreet way. The only thing you are going to see on the parcel is your address
and the return address. We use the name SpOnline (Spy Gadget Online) when we write

Return Policy and Warranty

being to send to our customers.All product carries a one year warranty agains’t defect.In case of a defective product We will
repair or exchange the product. We assume all the freight costs
during a return. (By regular parcel). You must ask an RMA# before
you ship us back the defective product. Due to the nature of the product no refund will be issued but exchange are possible.
