Price
The prices of our products are in
Canadian dollar. Prices include taxes. However, they do not include delivery
fees.
Do you have a store? Can I pick up in
person?
No, we only have a warehouse and it is strictly for shipping. We do not allow
customers to come to the warehouse to buy in person.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is 12$CAD for the first item and 8$CAD for all other items everywhere in Canada. Shipping cost of international order are 30$. Please contact us before placing an order.We are not responsable for customs fees if your order is shipped outside Canada
Shipping Policies
All our orders are packed and send in a
discreet way. The only thing you are going to see on the parcel is your address
and the return address. We use the name S.P.G. (Spy Gadget Online) when we write
the address of return on the shipping label.

Return Policy
All our products are inspected before
being to send to our customers. If a product is defective or damaged when you
receive it you have 10 days to send us back the product. We will then going to
proceed to the replacement of the product. We assume all the freight costs
during a return. (By regular parcel Canada Post). You must ask an RMA# before
you ship us back the defective product.
Confidentiality
We will never reveal your personal
information under any circumstance. We use an encoding system to be sure that
all your personal information remains confidential.
